and Catherine Koyle and their family's involvement in the Limousin
industry for the past 30 years extends to all facets of the business....
from organizational leadership to the show ring to breed performance
improvement. They are proud recipients of the Ontario Beef Cattle Performance Award in the past and enjoyed receiving honors as the Premier Breeder & was Premier Breeder & Exhibitor at the Royal Winter Fair 1992,1997, 2002,2003,2007 & most recently 2008. Busy with the daily operations of a construction business that they own, Dwight and Catherine find the time and are committed to the Ontario Limousin Association, where Dwight served as past President. Their children, Meghan, now a registered nurse, Melissa, a school teacher and Martin, who has completed his Mechanical Engineering Degree and is now working in that field, have enjoyed the involvement of 4-H and the Ontario Junior Limousin Association over the years. In the past, the Koyle Farms cattle have been exported to Australia, Brazil, Mexico and the United States. They operate a diversified breeding program mating fullbloods, polled red and blacks, all contributing to their successes and achievements over the past 30 years in the industry.
